What is a Bid Day Basket? Only the most exciting gift ever for new sorority members! This is the perfect way to celebrate and support your loved one's new sisterhood. Our staff has worked diligently to ensure her gift will be filled with the latest trends in sorority gift items and apparel. Your gift will make this day even more special by providing her with the opportunity to immediately wear her new letters! We have four levels of Bid Day Gifts ranging from $50 - $300 to meet every budget and provide everyone the opportunity to celebrate this new adventure with her.
When should I place my order? The sooner the better! This will help our team ensure we have everything needed to make this the best day ever! Baskets are filled in the order they are received, in the rare event we run out of basket items, don't worry, we have a lot of great things and they will be replaced by something just as great of equal value. So order early! Orders will close at noon on August 19th!
How will you know what sorority to deliver my gift to? You don't have to do a thing, just place your order and we'll take it from there. As an official sponsor for Arkansas State University Greek Life and Panhellenic Recruitment, we will receive a bid list that morning and begin putting these personalized gifts together to be delivered to her new sorority house!! You just enjoy the day!
Are the flowers delivered with the Bid Day Bags? Flower delivery is handled by Bearded Bouquet and traditionally delivered at the same time the Bid Day Bags are delivered. Any questions regarding flowers AFTER delivery should be directed to Bearded Bouquet.
What happens if she doesn't complete the recruitment process? Again, we are here for you. If your loved one's name is NOT on the bid list, this makes your purchase eligible to be transferred to a Running Threads gift card where she can purchase Red Wolf apparel to begin her new adventure at Arkansas State University. You or your loved one can come by Running Threads, after Bid Day, to pick up the gift card.
What if she receives a bid but chooses not to accept it? It is rare this occurs but if a bid is given (your loved one's name is on the bid list), the gift will be delivered as ordered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. If she would like to pick up her gift, she will need to go to the sorority house to do so. There are no exceptions to this policy.
What is the policy for cancellations, returns, exchanges? Due to the planning that goes into making this the best day ever we are not able to accept cancellations. Individual items in the baskets are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to order the correct size apparel as these are custom made to order and cannot be exchanged. All questions or concerns regarding Bid Day gifts must be brought to our attention by before the end of business on August 24, 2022.
